Since 1998, when the first series of machines were created, the TI line, we have been offering constant updates to Toner Ink’s inkjet cartridges’ remanufacturing machinery so it can follow the printers’ evolution – keeping your investment always up-to-date.

Toner Ink has a highly qualified sales team with technical know-how specialized in printer cartridges remanufacturing being able to provide a consistent after-sales advice and solve any eventual need regarding Toner Ink’s appliances. At the present moment, year 2010, Toner Ink has sold more than 4,000 equipments in the 96 countries the company attends.

We import, manufacture and distribute all kinds of consumables inherent to the remanufacturing industry. We also have a modern analysis laboratory, where inks are only approved after several tests are ran. This is Toner Ink’s routine for distributing consumables, what assures that the products offered by the company are reliable and do have quality.

TI Plus Machine: Washes, uncloggs (using a controlled steam system), pressurizes, cleans and fills by gravity or by vacuum any black or color cartridges available in the market.

TI Universal Machine: Washes, uncloggs (using a controlled steam system), pressurizes, cleans and fills by gravity or by vacuum every black or color cartridge existent in the market today.

Accessories that follow with any of Toner Ink inkjet remanufacturing machines:

Water Deionizer (D1) – it takes out minerals from water: Tower structure composed of special activated coal, cationic and anionic resin, polyester filter. Minimum production of 1000 liters.

Bubble remover: Eliminates air bubbles from the cartridges’ sponge.

IMPORTANT: It is not necessary to acquire any other support equipment, such as: steam generator, vacuum pump, centrifuge, etc. Toner Ink’s machines are prepared to operate the whole remanufacturing process.

Controlled Steam: It is an exclusive system that removes any impurity from the printer head, such as: dried ink, ink residues, etc. This process considerably enlarges the durability of cartridges and makes the remanufacturing process easier.

Failures Remover: exclusive inkjet ink with high dilation power. Very used cartridges or little scratched cartridges can be used again when filled with this ink – in some cases, 25 recharge cycles have been reported when using this special type of ink.

Laser Cartridges’ Remanufacturing Machines – Toner Equipments

Clean Toner: Modern industrial exhaustion system with two absolute filters, auto-cleaning valve and a toner collector recipient. The price varies according to the motorization chosen.

Working Stations: There are four models of working stations available. All stations can be adapted to each client’s demand. Made in carbon steel and hammered painting.

Filtering Pack: Additional unity with motorization of up to 10 HP’s that cleans any left residues within the Working Stations, providing a proper and safer working environment.  The equipment is capable to attend large production demands. Made of carbon steel and hammered painting.

Testers – Laser Cartridges’ Tester: Equipment made in steel which allows tests to be ran individually with each of the cartridges’ components revealing any failure within the cylinder in an objective way.

Tester – Toner Baby Tester for Laser Cartridges: Equipment manufactured in fiberglass with adaptors for testing made in steel. This equipment runs individual tests and identify any eventual failure one separately.

Automatic Filling Machine

Capacity of up to 90kg in its silo, this machine automatically regulates 0,25grams with precision. It is structured in carbon steel or in stainless steel, it directly regulates quantities on bottles or cartridges.

Mini Filling Machine

With capacity of up to 10kg in its silo, it times the toner flow, making the filling practice easier and allows the remanufacturer to sell toner in bags. It is a pro environment solution to minimize the usage of bottles by the remanufacturing industry.
